Welcome to GuardianX. By using GuardianX, inviting the bot to a server, or interacting with any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using GuardianX immediately.

1. Use of the Bot

GuardianX is an all-in-one Discord bot providing moderation, invite tracking, audit logs, anti-abuse detection, suggestions, and other server management tools. You agree to use the bot only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the bot’s functionality
• Use the bot for illegal, harmful, or malicious activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the bot
• Use the bot to harass, threaten, or target individuals unfairly

3. Data Collection

GuardianX may store limited server data required for its features, such as:

• Server settings and configuration
• Moderation logs and audit actions
• Invite tracking data
• User IDs related to bot usage

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Availability

We aim to keep GuardianX online and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Features may be changed, updated, or removed at any time without notice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to GuardianX from any server that violates these terms or Discord’s guidelines.

6. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of GuardianX means you accept any updated terms.
