GuardianX Terms Of Service

By using GuardianX, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use GuardianX.

1. About GuardianX

GuardianX is a Discord bot that provides community management, utility, and entertainment features, including but not limited to:

  • Invite Tracking
  • Suggestions Systems
  • Economy Features
  • Minigames
  • Moderation Tools
  • Utility Features
  • Additional Community Features

2. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using GuardianX.

By using GuardianX, you confirm that:

  • You are permitted to use Discord in your region.
  • You will not use GuardianX for unlawful or abusive purposes.
  • You understand that server administrators may configure features differently across servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, exploit, or interfere with GuardianX.
  • Use the bot to harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Submit unlawful, hateful, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to bypass moderation systems.
  • Spam commands or intentionally overload the service.
  • Reverse engineer or disrupt GuardianX's operation.

Violations may result in restrictions, blacklisting, or permanent removal from GuardianX.

4. Suggestions

Suggestions submitted through GuardianX may be visible to server members and staff.

GuardianX and server administrators reserve the right to remove suggestions that are:

  • Spam
  • Abusive
  • Misleading
  • Inappropriate
  • In violation of Discord's policies

5. Economy & Minigames

All economy balances, items, rewards, leaderboards, and minigame progress are virtual and have no real-world value.

GuardianX may:

  • Reset balances or statistics
  • Remove exploitative gains
  • Modify rewards and gameplay
  • Adjust features without prior notice

Users do not own any virtual currency, items, or rankings provided by GuardianX.

6. Service Availability

GuardianX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • Permanent data storage
  • Compatibility with future Discord updates

Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

7. Termination

GuardianX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user or server for:

  • Violating these Terms
  • Abusing bot features
  • Harmful or malicious behavior
  • Attempting to evade restrictions

Server administrators may remove GuardianX from their servers at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuardianX and its staff shall not be liable for:

  • User-generated content
  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Moderation decisions
  • Any damages resulting from use of the bot

Use of GuardianX is at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

GuardianX may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
