3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old and meet Discord's minimum age requirement to use the Bot.
• You must have the necessary permissions on your Discord server to configure and use the Bot's features.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the Bot for any illegal, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory purpose
• Abuse, exploit, spam, or excessively load the Bot's systems
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the Bot's code
• Use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Misuse blacklist, logging, or moderation features to harass or target others unfairly

5. Data & Privacy

• Warden stores server configuration, moderation logs, verification data, and blacklist records to operate its features.
• Data is stored securely and only shared where required for service functionality.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

6. Premium Services

• Premium features are subscription-based or manually granted. Duration and benefits are clearly stated at the time of provision.
• Premium benefits do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. Features expire at the end of the granted period.
• We reserve the right to adjust Premium features, pricing, or benefits with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of Premium privileges may result in immediate Premium revocation without refund.

7. Availability & Warranties

• The Bot is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, error-free operation, or uninterrupted service.
• We are not liable for any losses, data loss, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

8. Moderation & Responsibility

• Warden provides tools you remain fully responsible for moderation decisions, actions taken, and how the Bot is configured on your server.
• We are not liable for mistakes, misconfigurations, or misuse of moderation commands.

9. Termination & Blacklist

• We reserve the right to deny service, blacklist, or remove the Bot from any server at any time, for any reason including but not limited to TOS violations, abuse, or harmful activity.
• You may stop using Warden at any time by removing it from your server.
