Acceptance of Terms

Nature of Service

• GhostVault provides a virtual economy and minigame system using fake, in-game currency ("Coins").
• Coins have NO real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, real currency, or physical goods.
• Gambling for real money is strictly prohibited and violates Discord's Terms of Service. GhostVault is for entertainment purposes only.

Usage Rules

• ✅ You may use the Bot for personal, non-commercial purposes on Discord servers where you have permission.
• ✅ You may only use the Bot as intended through its provided slash commands and interactions.
• ❌ You may NOT:
  • Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or loopholes to gain unfair advantage or unlimited coins.
  • Use scripts, bots, or automation to interact with GhostVault.
  • Sell, trade, or purchase GhostVault coins for real money or other digital goods/services.
  • Harass, abuse, or exploit other users through the Bot.
  • Misuse or abuse the economy system in any way.
  • Redistribute, resell, or host the Bot as a service for others without explicit permission.

Fair Play & Conduct

• Play fairly. Any attempt to manipulate balances, game outcomes, or game mechanics is considered cheating.
• We reserve the right to reset balances, revoke access, or ban users who violate these rules.
• We are not responsible for any losses, including lost coins, resulting from game outcomes, user error, or service interruptions. Play at your own discretion.

Data & Privacy

• GhostVault stores only the data necessary to function: user IDs, balances, and game-related statistics.
• We do not store private messages, passwords, or sensitive personal information.
• Data is stored securely and is used solely to provide the Bot's features.
• You may request data removal by contacting us directly.

Service Availability

• We strive to keep GhostVault online and available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Bot at any time, with or without notice.
• Balances, rewards, and game mechanics may be adjusted or updated as needed.

Limitation of Liability

• GhostVault is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the Bot.
• Virtual currency values, game odds, and rewards may change without prior notice.

Compliance with Discord Policies

• Your use of GhostVault must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Any violation of Discord's policies also constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to terminate access to anyone violating these terms.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
• Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
