1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, accessing, or using the Dead by Daylight Bot ("the Bot"), hosted and developed by GhostLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

The Bot provides entertainment features including game lobbies, random killer/survivor/map generation, simulated trials, win tracking, and server leaderboards. Services are provided "as-is" without guarantees of uptime, availability, or feature permanence.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Bot.
  • You must have the necessary permissions to invite and use bots on the Discord server.
  • This Bot is not affiliated with Behaviour Interactive or the Dead by Daylight game.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Bot solely for entertainment purposes on Discord servers where you have permission.
  • Keep all usage in compliance with Discord’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Use the invite link provided by GhostLabs only do not redistribute the Bot without permission.

  • Spam, flood, or abuse commands to disrupt service.
  • Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Bot’s code or systems.
  • Use the Bot commercially, charge for access, or claim it as your own work.
  • Exploit bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage report issues to GhostLabs instead.
  • Use the Bot in servers promoting illegal, harmful, or violating content.

5. Data Storage & Privacy

The Bot stores minimal data required to operate:
  • Server-specific leaderboard statistics (wins, killer/survivor rankings)
  • Temporary lobby data (cleared after each trial ends)
  • No private messages, user DMs, or personal identifiers beyond Discord IDs are stored permanently.
Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties. Server owners may request leaderboard data reset by contacting GhostLabs.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Dead by Daylight game, characters, maps, and lore are property of Behaviour Interactive this Bot is a fan-made tribute and is NOT officially affiliated or endorsed.
  • Bot code, branding, and original systems are © GhostLabs all rights reserved.
  • You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the Bot or its code without explicit written permission.

7. Updates & Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time without prior notice.
  • Major updates may reset leaderboard data, change win rates, or alter game mechanics.
  • Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
  • Uninterrupted service, uptime, or error-free operation
  • Data preservation leaderboards and stats may be lost during updates
  • Compatibility with all server configurations or future Discord changes
You use the Bot entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

GhostLabs shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to:
  • Service downtime, data loss, or errors
  • Violations caused by misuse or improper configuration
  • Discord policy violations resulting from Bot usage

10. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abuse, harassment, or harmful behavior
  • Requests from Discord or legal authorities
