1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting and using Halloween Spooky Bot on your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the bot.

2. Description of Service

Halloween Spooky Bot provides fun seasonal game features including ghost hunting, candy stealing, crate openings, trick-or-treat, and leaderboard systems. Features may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice.

3. User Conduct

By using this bot, you agree NOT to:
  • Use the bot for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purpose
  • Spam, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the bot's functionality
  • Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantage report bugs to us instead
  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with our bot
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the bot
  • Use the bot in servers that violate Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

4. Data & Privacy

  • The bot stores only necessary game data such as your points, ghosts caught, and crate counts to provide the game features
  • We do not store private messages, DMs, or sensitive personal information
  • Data is stored to maintain game state and progress; we are not responsible for any data loss
  • You may request your data or removal of data by contacting GhostLabs
  • We comply with Discord Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws

5. Availability & Liability

  • The bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the service will be error-free
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from using the bot
  • We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time, for any reason

6. Bot & Server Permissions

  • The bot requires certain permissions to function correctly (e.g., Send Messages, Add Reactions)
  • We are not responsible if the bot lacks permissions or is removed from a server
  • Server owners are responsible for managing bot permissions and who can use commands

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
